FliteWatch Operations: Fully In-House, 24/7

Since late 2025, FliteWatch runs a full in-house operations department with genuine 24/7 coverage. Every flight we manage is planned, monitored and supported by our own team, around the clock.

We did not start this way. Our initial model combined outsourced operations with in-house supervision, a setup many operators rely on. In practice, it did not meet our standard. The lesson was simple: if we want things done well, we have to do them ourselves.

For the owners and operators who trust us with their aircraft, the difference is concrete. A question at 2 a.m. reaches someone who knows your aircraft, not a generic duty desk. Permits, slots and schedule changes are handled within one organisation, with no third party in the loop. And when we commit to something, the people executing it are ours.

As an AOC holder, we already operate to commercial airline standards. Bringing operations fully in-house extends that same logic: control the functions that matter most, so that nothing critical ever depends on someone else's priorities.
